Websurfers not liable for viewing copyright protected material @ the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)

As per TECHRADER’S report, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) gave a landmark judgement in the month of June. As per the ruling of CJEU, the internet users should not be penalized for viewing the copyright protected content without permission. CJEU stated that only content uploaders should be liable if they upload such content without proper license.
